Financial Protection with Our ATOL and Trust Account

If you book both accommodation and flights with us, your holiday will be protected under our ATOL licence and the EU Package Travel Regulations. All monies paid to us are placed directly into our independently regulated Trust Account.

Unusually Comprehensive Protection – Even for Holidays Without Flights

Unlike most tour operators, 100% of Bridge Collection holidays are fully financially protected, including those that do not include flights. All customer payments are held in a secure Trust Account administered by PTT Trustees Limited, an independent body approved for this purpose.

Your funds remain in trust until you have safely returned home, and we only release payments to suppliers such as hotels once your holiday has been completed. In the event of our insolvency, or that of one of our suppliers, your money remains safely held in trust and cannot be accessed or used by any third party.

This means your holiday funds are completely protected, and – importantly – we never use your money to support our cash flow. Your booking is secure from the moment you pay until the moment you return.
