Jacky started playing bridge in her twenty’s and met her late husband Bob at a bridge club in the Midlands where she was living at the time. She then took a break to raise her family of three children and concentrate on her job as a primary school teacher.

She has been hosting bridge holidays for about 20 years, both in the UK and abroad, which she enjoyed alongside her late husband for many years. She likes helping to make the guests feel welcome and to make sure they enjoy their holiday.  She hopes to make everyone feel at ease and to make sure that anyone who has come by themselves feels relaxed and included.

Jacky plays bridge most days of the week both at Bristol bridge club and her local Portishead club. Jacky also enjoys playing bride socially with many of her friends who live locally. She also likes to play in weekend congresses and some county events for Somerset when time allows.

Jacky is looking forward to meeting old friends and making new ones on the next holiday.
